Nongkhai Aquarium Enhances Personnel, Organizational Management, and Operations

On Monday, November 3, 2025, the Nongkhai Provincial Aquarium organized a training project under the topic of "Organizational Management and Personnel Operations" at the Champa Meeting Room, Administrative Office Building. The aim was to develop and enhance the efficiency of personnel in line with the organization's goals.

The main objectives of the project were to enhance knowledge and understanding of the principles of organizational management, effective operational planning, and to promote the annual policy for 2025 and the plan for 2026.

Assistant Professor Dr. Suntaree Boochitchon, Dean of the Faculty of Interdisciplinary Studies, Khon Kaen University (and Director of the Nongkhai Provincial Aquarium), presided over the opening ceremony and delivered the policy speech, setting a clear direction for all personnel.

The full-day training provided valuable knowledge from distinguished speakers:

·         Associate Professor Dr. Wanlapa Wongsillatham lectured on "Promoting Personnel in Public Relations and Self-Development," emphasizing the importance of continuous communication and self-improvement for the staff.

·         There was also an in-depth lecture on Terms of Reference (TOR) and Performance Evaluation, as well as the preparation of Action Plans, which are key mechanisms for driving the organization towards greater efficiency.

·         Subsequently, Mr. Attaphon Sanoi, a Senior Legal Officer, lectured on "Rights and Welfare, including the Use of Rights and the Role of Personnel in Each Section," to build understanding of rights and promote a positive attitude towards work.

·         The session concluded with a lecture by Assistant Professor Dr. Jaturaporn Sihabutr on "Developing Service Skills and Service Mindset," to instill the necessary consciousness and skills for providing excellent service to visitors.

The training project provided an opportunity for all personnel to adjust their perspectives, develop essential skills, and understand the organization's operational direction, enabling them to work consistently towards the set goals. The Nongkhai Provincial Aquarium is driving the organization forward to become an efficient and sustainable entity.
