Dear ICGMS 2024 Participants from Thailand and Abroad,
We are pleased to inform you that transportation services including buses and vans will be available for all our guests. These services will facilitate travel between Udon Thani International Airport and Nong Khai on July 24-26, 2024, and for the return journey from Nong Khai to the Udonthani airport on July 27, 2024.

Nong Khai
Nong Khai https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nong_Khai, is about 612.9 km northeast of Bangkok. Nong Khai is sometimes called the 'gateway' to Vientiane, the capital of Laos, which is the northeastern region of the Thailand. In addition, the distance from Udon Thani to Nong Khai is about 49.4 km.
Getting to Nong Khai:
Participants will arrive by plane to Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, in Bangkok and later by plane from Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport to Udon Thani International Airport, in Udon Thani. There is no working airport in Nong Khai, so they will have to travel by road from Udon Thani to Nong Khai.
ICGMS2024 will arrange van transport from Udon Thani International Airport to Nong Khai. The van schedule information will be posted here later. Otherwise, participants can travel on their own to Nong Khai via taxi from the airport (approximately 7-8 USD (THB 250) one way) or via bus (approximately 1.5 USD (THB 50) one way).
