REGISTRATION
Registration and abstract submission will be opened on January 15, 2024.
REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fee depends on date of participant payment
1. If you apply for a student registration, please upload student ID card in registration system
2. For Attendees/Accompanying person its means attend the conference without presentation. Food and coffee break will be provided for this type of registration. (Conference materials will be not supported).
3. Bank transaction fee is the responsibility of participants.
4. Registration fee is non-refundable
GENERAL INFORMATION
• Please only use the provided abstract template for your submission.
• Abstract can be submitted either for oral or poster presentation. Please check the corresponding box in the verify abstract submission page. Please note that, after being reviewed, the abstract submitted for oral presentation may be re-assigned as a poster presentation due to the limited availability of the time slot.
• Abstract must only be submitted on-line via the conference website.
• Accepted abstracts will be available on “Book of Abstracts” (available only on soft file in pdf format).
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINE
• Abstract must be written in English and does not exceed 300 words.
• Abstract can include one photograph/graph/diagram (but no table) but must not exceed one A4 page.
• Abstract must be saved in DOC or DOCX file format
HOW TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT
• Download the abstract template (Ms.Word file).
• Fill in the blanks for title, authors, affiliation and content for your abstract, which may be copied from your Word or any other typesetting file.
• Click here to Abstract Sumission.
• Fill out your information and complete your registration.
• In your account, click “Abstract Submission” and type the abstract title, browse the abstract file to upload, choose the type of presentation, select the symposium and then click “Upload Abstract”.
• Verify your abstract.

Journals & Publications
Journal Publications Important details
- Each registrant can submit only ONE manuscript for publication consideration.- After a peer-reviewed process, the following journals will publish selected works from all symposia. Please select only ONE journal for your full-paper submission.
- The submitted manuscript must align with the journal’s scope and follow the guidelines for submission. If it is not, it may be rejected.
- The full manuscript must be submitted through the conference website during the specified period. (Please note that while the conference organizer will try to get all submitted and selected manuscripts reviewed within 3-6 months, however, it could take up to 6-8 months to publish the accepted papers, depending upon the publication process of each journal).
- If your selected journal rejects the publication of your manuscript, such manuscript will be considered for publication in the e-Proceedings of the ICGMS 2024.
ICGMS 2024 Publications
All manuscripts must be submitted through the ICGMS 2024 website for the pre-screening process by the Academic Committee and journal editor before further processing. Full paper submission on the conference website will be opened from July 1 to August 15, 2024. The pre-screening process takes around 2 weeks. A notification email will be sent to the author of the selected manuscript for further processing.
E-Proceeding
E-Proceeding (Online Version, Accepted with no limit in number from all symposia)
General Information for ICGMS 2024 e-Proceedings1. Only one accepted abstract can be submitted as the full manuscript for the e-proceedings
2. The presenter has to register and finish the payment
3. One presenter can submit only one full manuscript
4. The full manuscript must be prepared using the proceeding template, “ICGMS 2024- proceeding-template”.
5. The full manuscript must be submitted through the conference website for peer review, which will be open from July 1 – August 15, 2024.
6. Latest notification of full paper acceptance will be on between August 16- August 20, 2024.
7. Accepted manuscripts will be published as ICGMS 2024 proceedings in electronic format (ICGMS 2024 e-Proceedings).
8. The ICGMS 2024 e-Proceedings will be available online for download on our website on December 1, 2024.
